Returns & Exchanges
Returns are
accepted for defective merchandise only. Please notify me via email at www.whatwoulddollydo.com
if you need to return your order. Please include your order number in the
subject box and a brief description of what is wrong with your item(s). Returns
must be authorized and postmarked no later than 10 days after receipt of order.
All items must be in original condition with all packaging intact, items must be
unworn. Please include your invoice with the item(s) being returned.
Customer is
responsible for any return shipping charges.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
What Would Dolly Do? is not responsible for items lost in shipping and cannot issue a
refund for lost items.
Shipping Policies:
Generally
if items are in stock and will be shipped within 24 – 72 hours upon
payment confirmation. If your item is unavailable, you will be notified
immediately. Instances where this could possibly happen would be if the
item sells while I’m at a show and I am unable to remove the product
off the website in a timely manner.
We ship within the United States
only. We do not ship orders over the weekend or major holidays. All
orders will be shipped by the US Postal Service unless noted. In the
event that your order is time sensitive, please contact us so that
special arrangements can be made.
We
cannot guarantee times of arrival. We do not assume responsibility for
items once they leave our hands. If you did not receive your parcel,
please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for lost
or stolen packages.
Payment: Your
privacy is important to us. We respect the information you share with
us is personal and confidential. Any information we collect from you is
strictly for the purpose of processing your order or sending email
updates. We will not and do not share your information with others.
